To guarantee the seamless execution and resounding success of this large-scale and multifaceted programme, a dedicated Organising Advisory Committee will be established. • From the B.Ed 2024 Batch: A robust contingent of 14 members will represent this batch. This group will comprise 5 female and 5 male students rigorously selected by their peers, augmented by 2 female and 2 male students strategically nominated by the college administration. This dual selection process ensures both democratic representation of student voices and invaluable administrative insight.
  
  
• From the D.El.Ed 2024 Batch: Mirroring the B.Ed batch, this group will also contribute 14 highly dedicated members. This will include 5 female and 5 male students chosen through a democratic process by their classmates, alongside 2 female and 2 male students appointed by the college administration to ensure a well-rounded perspective.
  
  
• From the College Administration: A dedicated and experienced contingent of 5 members from the college administration will provide crucial logistical support, invaluable institutional knowledge, strategic oversight, and ensure adherence to college policies.
  
  
• From Management: Two key members from the college management will offer essential strategic guidance, high-level oversight, and ensure the programme's seamless alignment with the institution's broader vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

Collectively, this diverse Organising Advisory Committee will comprise a formidable total of 35 members, ensuring a truly multi-faceted, inclusive, and comprehensive approach to the programme's development, meticulous planning, and successful execution.

Selection Process for Student Representatives: Ensuring Transparency and Inclusion

To facilitate the timely and efficient formation of this vital committee, a clear, transparent, and concise selection process has been outlined. Trainees from each respective class (B.Ed 2024 and D.El.Ed 2024) are mandated to engage in internal consultations and discussions to identify and select their 5 female and 5 male student representatives. The names of these selected individuals must then be submitted to the college administration without delay. In addition to the peer-selected representatives, the college administration will exercise its prerogative to nominate 2 female and 2 male students from each batch, ensuring a well-rounded, balanced, and truly representative committee that encompasses diverse viewpoints. To assist trainees in this crucial selection process, the names of relevant staff members, who can offer guidance, support, and clarification, will be made readily available by August 18th. It is imperative that the names of all selected members, both student and nominated, are submitted promptly within 7 days of this official announcement to ensure the committee can commence its vital work without delay.

The Role of New Trainees as Probational Observers: Fostering Early Ownership

To foster genuine ownership, active involvement, and a deep sense of belonging from the very outset, new trainees will be afforded a unique and invaluable opportunity to participate in the committee as 'Probational Observers'. This incredibly inclusive approach will integrate 10 members from the incoming new trainee cohort. This will include 3 female and 3 male students democratically selected by the new trainees themselves, complemented by 2 female and 2 male students nominated by the college administration. This direct and active participation ensures that the fresh voices, unique perspectives, and initial concerns of the newest members of our RMMDTTC College Community are heard, valued, and actively integrated throughout the entire planning and execution stages of the Welcome Week. This early involvement aims to empower them and make them feel an integral part of the college's initiatives.

The Welcome and Induction Programme is anticipated to span a dynamic and engaging period of 7 to 10 days, each day meticulously designed to feature activities aimed at building strong camaraderie, fostering deep connections, and celebrating the diverse talents within our RMMDTTC college community. A particular highlight of each day will be one to two hours dedicated to vibrant and culturally enriching activities. These events will provide a fantastic and much-needed platform for trainees to confidently showcase their diverse artistic talents, linguistic abilities, and unique cultural expressions. More importantly, these shared experiences will significantly strengthen their bonds with one another through joyful participation and artistic expression. The grand culmination of the programme will be a communal feast on the final day, a celebratory event for which the senior trainees will bear full responsibility for its organization and execution. First Year, B.Ed. Second Year, and D.El.Ed. Second Year.
